A certificate of insurance is required from all clients naming Big Time Productions, Inc. as “additionally insured & loss payee, atima” as respects to claims arising out of the operations of the named insured. This certificate must include to following:

1. Commercial General Liability - additionally insured minimum limits: $1,000,000.00 each occurance $1,000,000.00 general aggregate

2. Workers compensation - statutory limits, including employers liability

3. Property Damage - loss payee

depending on what is rented from Big Time Productions, Inc.

  1. third party property damage (studio and other real property)
  2. props, sets, wardrobe
  3. equipment rental (camera, lighting, grip, sound)

4. Non-owned / hired vehicles

5. Auto / physical damage

If the certificate supplied does not list all these items, or client is unable to provide proper insurance coverage and Big Time Productions, during the course of production, is instructed by the client to perform actions not covered by the client’s insurance, additional fees will be charged to compensate for liability exposure. Note!!! These fees do not purchase insurance coverage for the client, crew, property, equipment etc. involved with the production. These fees are as follows:

By purchasing any goods and services from Big Time Productions, purchaser / client agrees to pay on behalf of, defend, indemnify and save harmless Big Time Productions against any and all claims, suits or actions arising during the terms of the agreement, for any personal injury, loss of life or damage to property, sustained by reason of or as a result of the organizations agents, employees or workmen carelessness or negligence; or in any way connected with the use, operation or possession of equipment rented from Big Time Productions by anyone during the rental period from and against any orders, judgements or decrees which may be entered thereon; and from and against all costs, attorney’s fees, expenses and liabilities incurred in the defense of any such claims, in the investigation thereof.

** clients are responsible for any equipment, wardrobe or valuables left overnight in the studios or production vehicles.
